Compensation: Competitive salary approximately $100,000-$150,000 per year, benefits, and performance bonuses
About Us
We are a high-end steakhouse group based in Connecticut and NY renowned for our exceptional dining experience. As part of an exciting evolution, we are introducing Asian Fusion menus to our restaurants in Stamford, Greenwich and Rye Brook locations. We’re seeking a creative and passionate Asian Fusion Executive Chef to lead this initiative and elevate our culinary offerings.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute innovative Asian Fusion dishes while maintaining our high standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to design and refine menus.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Source and manage high-quality ingredients to create authentic and inspired dishes.
• Train and lead kitchen staff in preparing fusion cuisine techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Asian Fusion cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Asian flavors and techniques combined with modern culinary trends.
• Creative and passionate about crafting unique dining experiences.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control strategies.
